How do I choose a size?
Every product page carries a size chart with bust, waist, hip and inseam in inches. Measure against your body, not against a garment. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller size for compression and the larger size for an easier fit. Still unsure? Email us your measurements and we will tell you what we would take.
Are the leggings see-through?
They are not. The Meridian and Studio leggings are 230–240 gsm, which stays opaque in a deep stretch, and the seamless Cadence is knitted dense enough to hold. We test this by stretching the fabric over a hand under a bright light, and we do not sell a legging that fails it.
Which bra is right for what?
Pulse is light support — yoga, walking, the hours after a session, best for A–C cups. Aria is medium support for cycling and weights, best for B–D cups. Vault is high support for running and impact, best for C–DD cups. Each product page repeats this, and the support level is in the product name.
How should I wash activewear?
Machine wash cold with like colours, inside out. Do not use fabric softener — it coats the elastane and stops the fabric recovering. Skip the dryer: hang or lay flat to dry. Bras go in a mesh bag so the adjusters and hook-and-eye do not catch on the knit.
Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Within 1–2 business days, from Niles, Ohio. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time, or at the weekend, start the next business day.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping in the contiguous US is free on orders over $100, otherwise $7. Expedited is $14. Alaska and Hawaii are $12 standard and $22 expedited. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where required by law. Tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. In Ohio the combined rate for Niles is 6.75% (5.75% state plus 1% Trumbull County), and shipping is taxable in Ohio. Prices on the site exclude tax.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return leggings I have tried on?
Yes — trying on is expected. Send them back within 30 days, unworn and unwashed, with the tags attached. Anything worn for a session, washed, or marked with make-up or deodorant cannot be resold and cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
Place a new order for the size or colour you want and return the original. It is quicker than a manual exchange and it holds the item for you. The first return of an order ships back free.
How long does a refund take?
We inspect the return within 2 business days of it arriving, then refund the product price to the original payment method. Banks usually post it within 5 business days after that.
