Agreement
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.
Products and orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel an order — for example where a product is mispriced, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full. Colours are shown as accurately as our photography allows; screens vary.
Prices, tax and shipping
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We may change prices at any time, but a price change does not affect an order already confirmed.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms: 30 days, unworn, unwashed, tags attached.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to scrape, copy or resell its content or images without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The DENISE PATRICK name, the site design, the product photography and the copy on this site are owned by DENISE PATRICK or licensed to it. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This site is provided as is; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Trumbull County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your state of residence.
